Import permit (L. I.)
Numerous cases of import demand to l. i. (import permit). Are licenses provided by public agencies, based on pre-set criteria of rules and federal laws. Among them:
-Anvisa: chemicals in General, hospital products, cosmetics and food.
-Map: animal products, wood and agricultural products.
-Inmetro: toys, medical instruments, measuring equipment, appliances, vehicles and batteries.
Proforma Commercial Invoice
This is a document posted by a seller to a buyer, indicating the prices of goods and services available for sale, weights and volumes and bank details for the payment. It is mainly used by the seller to inform your commitment to the transaction. It is, therefore, a preliminary document of sale prior to the actual delivery of goods and services.
Commercial InvoicAnd
Document required by Customs to determine the true value of the goods to be imported for the assessment of duties and taxes. The Invoice in addition to other information must identify the buyer, the seller, clearly indicate the date and the conditions of sale, quantity of the goods, the goods description, unit price, total value, quantity, weight, shipping volumes, types of packaging, freight, insurance and other charges, as the case may be.

¨ ¨ Packing List
The Invoice and the Schedule ("Packing List") are documents required for customs clearance, as the Ordinance 135 (provisional measure no. 135, 30 October 2003, Chapter III, of the provisions concerning the customs legislation).
The function of the "Packing List" is to facilitate the Conference by sampling and identification of the location of a requested item.
The list of shipment (Packing List) must contain:
-The quantity of packages;
-Volume Type (wooden or cardboard box, plastic pallet, container, barrel, Bale, Tin, etc.);
-Numbering or mark the volumes;
-NET and gross Weight of each package in kg (kilograms);
-Contents of each volume;
-Dimensions of each package;
-Distribution of goods: industrialization or consumption, incorporation into active, resale or other purpose.
Import declaration-DI
The order of import is rendered through the import declaration (DI), recorded in the integrated foreign trade System (Siscomex), in accordance with normative instruction SRF nº 680/06. However, in some situations, the importer may opt for the simplified customs clearance, which can by means of the Siscomex or forms, as the case may be.
Export Declaration-
The development of the export declaration () initiates the export customs clearance. At this point, you receive an automatic numbering, single, sequential, and national restarted every year by Siscomex.
The export declaration, rendered in the Siscomex may contain one or more export Records (RE), since these relate, cumulatively:
-At the same exporter;
-For goods traded in the same currency and same condition of sale;
-The same units of the RFB (Federal Revenue of Brazil) and dispatch boarding;
-A RE may only be bound to a single.
Export registration-RE
The Export registration (RE) is the set of information of a commercial nature, financial, fiscal and foreign exchange that characterizes the operation of export of goods and sets the framework for your. (Art. 184 of Portaria Secex No. 23, 2011).
